Itinerary: Golden Triangle with Varanasi-Khajuraho

Destinations covered: Delhi-Varanasi-Khajuraho-Agra-Jaipur-Delhi
Day 01: Arrive in Delhi

Upon arrival welcome to the Guests & transfer to hotel for check-in. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Delhi – Varanasi

After breakfast, transfer to Domestic airport to board the flight for Varanasi, Arrive Varanasi and check-in at hotel, later
sightseeing of Sarnath, visit to Dhamekh Stupa, Mulgandha Kuti Vihar, Museum, Ashok Pillar etc. Overnight stay at hotel. 
Day 03: Varanasi - Khajuraho

Early morning boat ride on river Ganges & visit to Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple etc, after breakfast sightseeing of
Varanasi City, visit of Banaras Hindu University, Bharat Mata Temple etc, later transfer to Varanasi Railway Station to board the train for Satna, Arrive Satna and proceed to Khajuraho, On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04: Khajuraho - Agra

After breakfast, sightseeing of Khajuraho, visit to Eastern & Western Group of Temples and also visit Archeological Musuem
etc. Later transfer to Jhansi Railway station to board the train for Agra, Arrive Agra and check-in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel. 

Day 05: Agra – Jaipur

After breakfast, visit to one of the Seven Wonders of the World – The Taj Mahal. We seek out several views of the exterior,
and then tour the inner chambers. This afternoon, contrast the ethereal Taj with the imposing Agra Fort, an immense fortified palace that was a seat of Mughal power. Some of its battlements are more than 60 feet tall. After that visit to Marble factory and see the demonstration on Marble inlay work. Later westward drive brings us to Fatehpur Sikri, a mysterious 16th century city that once rivaled London on its population, wealth and grandeur. The site occupies 117 miles and is enclosed by a wall. Built in 1571, it was mysteriously abandoned just 15 years later. Today, it is India’s “Ghost City”. Then, continue to Jaipur. On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Jaipur

After breakfast, we approach Jaipur’s Amber fort as Mughal rulers did: on elephant back! Built on four levels, the fort
commands the top of a craggy hill, surrounded by battlements. Inside you’ll see the 400-year-old Temple of Kali, and the hall of Viceroy with its inlaid alabaster panels. A highlight is the Chamber of Mirrors, formerly the maharaja’s bedroom. Its ceiling, adorned with hundreds of tiny mirrors, gives the illusion of a starry night sky. Next visit Jantar Mantar, the 18th century astronomical observatory. Finally, at the City Palace Museum, behold a fine collection of textiles, arms, paintings and manuscripts. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Jaipur - Delhi

After Breakfast, leave for Delhi, Reach Delhi and rest of the day sightseeing of New Delhi, visit, India Gate (In the memory
of the Soldiers of World war First), Qutab Minar (A 13th Century 72.50 Meters High Monument), Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple (Dedicated to Peace & Brotherhood) & A drive pass through President House &  Parliament. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08: Departure

After breakfast, full day sightseeing of Old Delhi, visit, Raj Ghat, (Where the father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi was
Cremated), Red Fort (Built up by Mughal Emperor Shah Jenha), Jama Masjid (The Biggest Mosque in the World), & last minute shopping, later in the evening transfer to International airport to board the flight for onward journey and tour terminates.
