Payment Details

Payment Terms:


All correspondence should be addressed to M/s. Ashoka India Tours at the below mentioned address. We require 50% advance payment to hold the booking on confirmed basis & the balance payment should be paid within 07 days of reservation date (If the booking made within 30 days of travel date) OR either 30 days prior of Travel date for the services contracted. We (Ashoka India Tours) hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, during the peak season (Christmas/ New Year) or during fairs/festivals and in certain cases like hotels or resorts bookings, Special Train Journeys, full payment may be required in order to hold space on CONFIRMED BASIS. In certain occasion & dates such payments are NON REFUNDABLE. 


Company carries no insurance whatsoever for any tour participants. Hence it is advisable to get travel insurance by your own. Company will not held responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to sudden sickness, weather conditions, war & strikes, quarantine or other causes or acts of God or acts beyond their control during the tour and no refund will be given in such conditions. Company will not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. All rates & bookings will be subject to availability.


Mode of payment


We accept payment through Wire Transfer, Online Bank Transfer, Demand Draft & Cash that could be deposited in any of our below mentioned accounts. Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through Paypal (an online payment option). In case of payment through credit card, a 2% to 3.5% bank charge would be applicable on the amount being paid by credit cards.


Advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our banks or through Paypal (an online payment system) via American Express, Master and Visa Credit cards. In case of payment through credit card, a 2% to 3.5% bank charge (depend on card's variant) would be applicable on the amount being paid by credit cards.
