  • Any beverages (hard & soft)/Table Drinks, items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, travel or any kind of insurance etc.

Guidelines for Passengers

  • Maximum 5-6 Passengers/Guests will be allowed in 01 Helicopter.
  • Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted due to limited space in the helicopter.
  • Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper. At any cost we won’t allow passenger to take more luggage. This is the standard safety rule for Aviation.
  • Timings are flexible depending on weather conditions/technical reasons/govt. permissions etc.
  • Passengers should carry only handbags (Soft Bags/duffle bags) as suitcases/trolley bags cannot be kept in the helicopter. Trollies are strictly not allowed.
  • At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
  • All temples are located at high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
  • Our 3-4 Helicopters fly on same day for Chardham Yatra. So, we may adjust passengers according to their body weight in different helicopters.
  • If individual body weight exceeds 80 KG, extra charges of INR 200 per Kg will be applicable at Kedarnath Shuttle.
  • While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons.
  • Passengers may be divided into 2 groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath/Guptkashi shuttle depending on their body weight.
  • Total passengers’ weight should not be more than 430 Kgs.
  • Property in Yamunotri is basic but best in the region as it is a remote area and rest all properties are 3 to4 star category.
  • All passengers will be taken to all the helipads at least 1-hour prior before the departure time. In this case sometimes you may have to wait at govt. helipad.
  • Please share your actual body weight at the time of Booking. Your body weight will be measured before flying. Company have full rights to de-board a passenger in case the actual body weight exceeds than the weight given by passengers. Kindly don’t share any assumed body weight.

Precautionary Guidelines

  • General Safety kit will be provided to the customer on the day of arrival, which will consist of the following things: Hand Sanitizer, Washable Mask & Washable Hand Gloves.
  • While boarding into the helicopter, social distancing will be maintained and all the discussions with the representatives will be done from a distance of minimum 2 ft.
  • We would make sure that all our vehicles and helicopters will be cleaned on a daily basis.
  • Our staff will be carrying hand sanitizer, mask and gloves while meeting with the customer.
  • None of our staff will greet the customers with handshake or any means of direct physical contact.
  • On the day of arrival, each customer’s body temperature will be measured and if found greater than the normal then our medical team will get in touch with the customer and provide consultancy.
  • We would request to the customers to adhere to our safety guidelines and also inform us about their travel history.
  • Incase if the customer does not adhere to the Government guidelines, we may cancel the booking without any refund process.
  • Kindly go through the official website of Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Board https://badrinath-kedarnath.gov.in/, for Yatra e-pass.
  • Passengers are mandate to undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test report which should be at least 72 hours prior to their arrival in Uttarakhand.

Tour Conditions

  • Minimum of 02 persons required.
  • All rates & bookings will be subject to availability.
  • Rates are valid from May to June and September to October 2021.
  • The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Remaining 50% amount to be paid 21 Days before the journey starts.
  • Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. Infant below 2 years are carried free of charge, in case of dispute birth certificate can prevail.
  • There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
  • In case the journey is not finished within the given time and passengers would not be able to visit Dham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons. In this scenario company will still try to visit the all Dham by extending the timeframe. Company will do all the Dham on the next day if weather condition remains poor whole day and so on.
  • One cab will be provided to the group of up to 6 pax wherever required.
  • Additional amount of INR 25,000/- Per Person will be applicable in case of single occupancy.
  • We recommend you to book your return flight one day later as Company will not bear any cancellation of flights at any cost.
  • Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of services or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.
  • In case of emergency and bad weather passengers will be taken back to Dehradun by other means of Transport.
  • No money will be refunded incase the passenger is de-boarded due to wrong given body weight.
  • Your luggage will be strictly not allowed in the helicopter if it is found more than 5 KG at the helipad.
  • Prices will remain same even if the royalty fees change or remains same.
  • In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This refundable proportionate money is exclusive of Royalty fee, Taxes and fixed components.
  • Any extra night due to bad weather will be borne by client itself.
  • Mobile Network: (Kharsali: Airtel & BSNL), (Harsil: BSNL), (Kedarnath: Airtel & BSNL) & (Badrinath: Jio, Airtel & BSNL).
  • Mentioned special package rates are valid till 30th June 2022.

General Terms & Conditions

  • We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling of booking can be done prior to 15 days of journey date and is subject to availability with 20% extra charges. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

  • If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges: -
  • 30 days before Journey - 50% of amount
  • 15 to 30 days before Journey - 75% of amount
  • 0 to 15 days before Journey - No Refund

Day 1Arrival Day in Dehradun

Welcome to Dehradun. Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station our in- formed driver cum guide will receive you and transfer you to our luxurious hotel for complimentary stay. Dinner and breakfast included on the day of arrival. Spend the day to relax after smooth check-in process and sleep homely for an exciting tomorrow.

Day 2Dehradun – Yamunotri

This morning Our Coordinator will take you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun from where we will fly for Yamunotri. You are advised to leave your hotel early and remain energetic throughout this devotional Chardham Yatra.

Upon arrival at Kharsali (Yamunotri), you are welcomed by our handlers and they will unload your baggage and take you to the hotel.

Relish a fresh breakfast and leave for darshan in palki/pony to Yamunotri temple which is around 5 km trek. Enjoy your ride with the glory of nature!
After divine darshan you’ll return to hotel by lunch time. Have your lunch and spend few hours of relax. In Evening pay a visit to ancient Shani Temple (subjected to time and weather) nearby and spend the night at your hotel, after having dinner.

We will organize the Palki for passengers. Night halt accommodation will be arranged at Janki Chatti or Kharsali, although due to lack of good hotels in the area people should not have very high expectations from the accommodation.

Day 3Yamunotri – Gangotri

This morning you will be entered in the most beautiful valleys in Uttarakhand, called the mini Switzerland, Gangotri.

Upon arrival at Harsil Helipad (Gangotri), you are welcomed by our handlers and they will unload your baggage and take you to the hotel. After lavish breakfast, you will leave for VIP darshan at Gangotri temple by Cab which is 25 kms away from hotel.

Tune yourself to the high altitude and enjoy the picturesque paradise on earth; Gangotri Dham.

After VIP darshan, back to hotel in Harsil where you will all the basic and leisure facilities such as a premium accommodation with attached washrooms, delicious vegetarian food, Short walks and local sightseeing around the beautiful unexplored valley.

Finally, your second day of Chardham Yatra package by helicopter ends with a freshly prepared dinner and an evening bonfire before falling asleep.

We will organize transport from Harsil to Gangotri Temple. Night halt of passengers will be organized at hotel in Harsil. People can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Harsil including the pure and quiet Ganges River which passes from near the helipad.

Day 4Gangotri – Kedarnath

After an early morning breakfast, you will leave for Kedarnath (It is recommended to take heavy breakfast at Harsil as we will directly go to temple at Kedarnath and come back around 3:00 – 4:00 PM).

This morning you will be entered to the mountain of amalgam of spirituality. Natural peace, religious zest and snow-capped peaks of Kedarnath Dham will enchant your heart and making it most heritage site among all Chardham.

Upon arrival at Guptkashi/Phata Helipad, you are welcomed by our handlers and after changing the chopper (Helicopter) you will fly for Kedarnath which is 10 minutes flying from Guptkashi/Phata Helipad.

You may have to wait sometime for 10 minutes to 3 hours during chopper change because of shuttle slots/weather condition or technical reasons.
As you reach the kedarnath, you will witness the beauty of changing colors in the sky. Our handlers and Pandit ji shall take you for VIP Darshan and Jal Abhishek in the Kedarnath Temple.

After VIP darshan of Kedarnath Temple we will take you from Kedarnath Helipad to Guptkashi/Phata Helipad and your stay is arranged at Guptkashi. Another day of your Chardham yatra tour ends in the land of Kedara with delicious dinner at luxuries hotel.

Day 5Kedarnath – Badrinath

Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad, our handlers will transfer you to the Hotel where you can relish your breakfast/ lunch and pay visit to Badri Narayan VIP darshan.

Our handler will take you for temple in evening for Vishnu Sahasarnam Path. Also spend leisurely hours in the Mana Village which is near to religious site of Badrinath.

End your day with the comfortable stay and delectable dinner at your hotel. Make the best out of your religious yatra holiday by cherishing the Valley of Lord Narayan from close quarters.
